We will do a 10 point meditation this week which is deeply relaxing. Consider being ready for bed so you can roll right in!

Essential oil or lotion is a great way to care for the body - either before class begins or at savasana.

Play soft music, dim the lights, or otherwise take time to set the environment for the time.
